Class Work Alternative Portraits

As an Adjunct Professor at Laguardia Community College for over 10 years, I taught many classes: Beginning Photography, Digital Photo 1&2, Studio Lighting 1&2 and others. These images were all created during a 4 hour class period and with a limited budget, from my pocket, to show the students what was possible in a short time period and how to best prepare for their shoots. The assignment was to create Traditional, Alternative and Location Portraits. These portraits needed to use both natural and artificial light, Students were also required to do many Still Life assignments. I want to thank all my students over the years that made these images possible by modeling, adjusting lights and working with me behind the camera. These sessions were a great learning experience for everyone involved.
